Q: How long does it take for my purchases to be delivered?
A: We normally ship your order within 7-20 business days depends on order size. We ship by air, sea or express (DHL,USPS,FedEx,etc.). You should expect your purchase to arrive in 4-7 business days by air, 15-45 days by sea. If you ever have any questions you can contact us via email or call us during normal business hours, BeiJing time.
Q: How much are your shipping costs?
A: It depends on the size of your order and where you are. Most purchases cost between $3-$8/kg by air. Your specific cost will be calculated and shown to you when you complete your purchase.
Q: Does your company provide free samples?
A: Yes, but just do it for return buyer. Because we have lots of sample enquiries everyday. Our low overhead cost in operation will benefit the serious buyer. The sample cost is based on our factory price to the market. In addition, the buyer also needs to pay for the freight.
Q : What about your product packing?
A: Our product packing is standard, suitable for both air and ocean freight. All the products are neutral design boxed. OEM products are excluded. The detailed packing information is located in the Packing Detail under each product.
Q: How is your payment term?
A: We try to be as flexible as possible on payment terms and we are open to any other payment terms that are convenient for our customers. We hope we can accept more payment terms in the near future, however, at present, we accept following payment terms:

Q: Does your company like to have exclusive distributors?
A: Yes, we welcome any company that has the capability to work with us as a partner for a specified region. The exclusive distributorship agreement will be signed on an equal footage by both sides.

A: All products are manufactured by factories that been throughed our supplier selection process and test ed with our actual orders, and are best we have sourced so far. So you can be confident on the quality of products.
Q: How is your product price?
A: Although we do not compete just on price only, we try very hard to source the best price in the market, and pay continuous effort on cost-down programme at both supplier and ourselves. We try to provide our customer wth high value.
