| Logo Imprint |
| |
We have mainly four logo imprint options for your choice. For different products, they have different imprint areas and imprint options. Silk screening, also known as silk printing, is suitable for most produts. Full color printing is suitable for those complicated pictures and logos which include gradients and blending. Laser engraving is available for metal, wood and other specific surface. Heat stamping is only available for leather products. Please click the individual product page to check the product size, the imprint areas and the imprint options.
To make the logo customization easier to understand, we have some examples below for reference as below. |
| |
Silk Screening

|
Silk Screening is a method in which image is transferred to the surface to be printed by means of ink squeezed by a squeegee through a stenciled screen stretched over a frame. Screens are treated with a light-sensitive emulsion, and then the film positives are put in contact with the screens and exposed to a strong light. The light hardens the emulsion not covered by the film leaving a soft area on the screen for the squeegee to force ink through. Screen printing is capable of printing on irregular shaped objects. Also called “screen Printing.”
Silk screening is the most popular imprint option. It works on most products. Normally the logo has no more than 4 solid colors. |
|
Full Color Printing

|
| Full Color Printing is great for those complicated logos which include gradients and blendings. Also great for printing full color pictures, such as your latest product images. |
| |
Laser Engraving

|
| Laser Engraving is a process in which an optically-read or stenciled art/copy is engraved (burned) into a material by a laser beam. It mostly works with metal surface, and it also works with some special materials, such as wood and soft PVC. The laser engraving ensures the most durable logo on the products. |
| |
Heat Stamping

|
| Heat stamping is which type or designs in the form of a relief die are impressed with heat and pressure through metallic or pigmented foil onto the printed surface. It is used to decorate fabric, leather, paper, wood, hard rubber, coated metal and all types of plastic. Hot stamping is a “dry” imprinting process meaning the object can be handled immediately after the stamping without fear of smearing the imprint. The logo sits below the surface and doesn't change the color. The logo is durable on the leather. |
