Sourcing in China requires experience and an understanding of the process from start to finish. Errors in choosing a vendor for outsourcing or sourcing a new product can costs thousands of dollars in receiving products that do not meet specifications, are not the same quality as samples or don't ship on time. Vendors in China are unique, negotiating and choosing a vendor requires knowledge of local customs and business practices.

We have a proven 10 step formula to help accomplish your sourcing objectives in China .

1 We identify a list of potential suppliers from our extensive database and  contacts throughout China
2 We work with you to develop a formal RFP written in Chinese so that vendors accurately understand your requirements
3 We send out the RFP, field questions, collect responses and send you a spreadsheet with the results
4 We create a short list of vendors for you to visit
5 We develop and coordinate a time effective schedule for your factory visits     and provide translation services
6 From the moment you land in China we make sure everything goes smoothly, all China travel is coordinated effectively and safely
7 We then conduct a 2 nd and if needed 3 rd round of quotations and assist in choosing a vendor and final negotiations with such vendor
8 We translate specifications and procedures into Chinese and ensure the     manufacturer understands and implements them as expected
9 We assist in and coordinate packaging validation's
10 We provide ongoing cost effective inspection / audit services to ensure long-term compliance.

 We accomplish all of the above according to a timetable that is developed and agreed upon at the beginning of the project.
