Door to Door Delivery
Shipping Information
Genton works with customers all over the globe and ships to most countries outside the China. We make best efforts to ship your products to your desired destination in the most economical way possible. The most used means of international transportation is typically air freight or air express freight (USP, DHL, FedEX, TNT…etc.). In some cases where large order size with extremely heavy product and time allows, sea freight could be used.

International customers should be aware that due to factors beyond our control such as customs clearance and international regulations regarding importing, delivery times for shipments can not be guaranteed by Genton. We will do everything in our power to get your order SHIPPED on time but we will not accept responsibility for delays provided your order leaves the factory on time. You own the merchandise when it leaves our factory. We will typically notify you with tracking information within 24 hours of shipment. If you have any questions or problems, please call us or email us for assistance.

Normally all orders will be handled and shipped by us and billed with your order at published rates from the carrier or shipping forwarder. If you prefer to use your own forwarder or carrier account, we can accommodate you. Please provide us with the contact detail of your forwarder or your carrier name and your account number either via email or in the 'Shipping' section of the order form. If you choose to use your own account, you will be solely responsible for the insuring of your shipment. If your shipment is damaged or lost in transit, you will be responsible for the full invoiced amount of the items.
Unless otherwise specified, all shipments with pre-paid shipment charge will be insured for full value by Genton and included as part of our shipping and handling charges to you. Any customer not wishing to pay for this expense must communicate this to us on their Order Acknowledgement.

Drop Shipping (Split shipment)

Do you have a promotion campaign conduct in different locations? At Genton, it is no problem at all for us to send your items where they need to be. In the 'Shipping' section of your order form, just specify that you need your order sent to multiple locations. A Customer Representative will call you or send you an email in order to obtain the details. We require that at least one full carton of product is shipped to each location. Freight will be listed individually for each shipment on your Pro-forma invoice and without any extra handling charge.

Door to Door Delivery

Even if you choose normal air freight or sea freight shipping methods, we are able to provide you the Door to Door Delivery service. Let us help you with all the custom clearance work at your country, so you could just sit in the office waiting for courier knocking at your door for signing receipt of goods. You can choose eighter Delivery with Duty Unpaid(DDU) or Delivery with Duty Paid(DDP). For DDU, you will be requested to pay the import duty tax when goods arrived at your country's custom; for DDP, you can pay the import duty tax beforehand when shipment leaves the factory. It's all up to you.

Please note that this services requires an extra charge on top of your air/sea freight  rate, and this service is only available to customers from countries in the following region: U.S.A, Canada, West Europe, South East Asia and East Asia
